Modelled on international private staffing agencies, FICO PRIVÉ conducts every placement as an executive search. A wrong hire costs time, money and, above all, the peace of the household. That is why the method has six stages, and none of them is ever skipped.

Every candidate is interviewed by the headhunter leading the search, with a personality assessment to ensure a fit with the family and not only with the role.

Out of many candidates, only the best reach your family: one to three finalists, each presented in a complete dossier. The family interview is accompanied by the headhunter.

A trial day before you decide. Then formal employment registration from day one, a replacement guarantee within 90 days and full management of the employment.
Full-time positions with formal employment registration, as well as short-term care, for nannies, early-education nannies, newborn care specialists, governesses, housekeepers, private cooks, elderly caregivers and chauffeurs.

A selection made with quality takes time. From the alignment meeting to the trial day, the full process takes up to 30 days: the time needed to search, verify, interview and compare with care.
In the end, only the best, one to three finalists, are presented to your family.

For 10 years, Juliana Blavatsky has chosen the people who enter families' homes. Founder of Fico com a Cria and FICO PRIVÉ, she built a selection method that combines the rigor of executive recruitment with the sensitivity a family home demands.
A mother to Beatriz and Henry, she knows what it means to open the door of your home and trust someone with your children. Every candidate is assessed through that same lens.

More than R$ 1.5 million in income has reached household professionals through placements led by Juliana Blavatsky.
Domestic work employs about 75.6 million people worldwide, 76% of them women (ILO and WIEGO). In Brazil there are 5.6 million domestic workers: 92% are women and 76% work without formal registration (DIEESE, based on IBGE's PNAD Contínua survey, Q4 2025).
Every FICO PRIVÉ placement is a full-time position with formal registration and full labour rights, in line with ILO Convention 189 on decent work for domestic workers, ratified by Brazil in 2018.

For household professionals
Nannies, housekeepers, private cooks, elderly caregivers and other household professionals can join the FICO PRIVÉ network and receive job offers with formal employment registration. Registration is free and takes about 12 minutes (form in Portuguese).
Requirements:
Work experience registered in a Brazilian work card (carteira de trabalho).
Recent references, with the phone number of someone who can confirm them.
FICO PRIVÉ never charges professionals, at any stage. If anyone asks for money on behalf of FICO PRIVÉ, report it via WhatsApp.

FICO PRIVÉ's social project brings together two women who need a chance.
For women starting out in childcare
For women starting out in childcare
Many women want to work with children but cannot get a first job without experience. In Fadas do Cuidado, volunteers have their documents and background checked, receive free basic online training and support mothers in need, always supervised by FICO PRIVÉ. After 200 hours, they join the professional network and start receiving paid opportunities, with a track record, references and training.
For mothers who need support
For mothers who need support
Low-income mothers who need a few hours to work, study, look for a job or look after their health receive free childcare. Places are limited and priority goes to those most in need: mothers or guardians of children aged 0 to 10, with a family income of up to two minimum wages per person and no one else to care for the child.
No one pays anything, at any stage.
